Queen Camilla met her grandson's name twin during her latest royal outing.

The Queen, 76, traveled to the Isle of Man on Wednesday to confer city status on the Borough of Douglas, where she delivered a speech on behalf of King Charles and presented a letters patent to make it official.

Queen Camilla chatted with well-wishers during a mini walkabout on her way out of Douglas Borough Council, where she met Rachael Hughes and her 15-week-old twins, Louie and Oliver.

"I have a Louis grandson... quite a handful," the Queen said, according to Sky News.

Some royal reports speculated that Queen Camilla was referring to Prince Louis, the 5-year-old son of Prince William and Kate Middleton who is known to have a spunky side, but Buckingham Palace corrected the record.

"Buckingham Palace has since clarified that the Queen was referring to grandson Louis Lopes," Hello! magazine wrote in a footnote to their original story.

Queen Camilla has two children from her first marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles and is a grandmother of five. Camilla’s daughter Laura Lopes shares twin sons Louis and Gus, 14, and daughter Eliza, 16, with husband Harry Lopes, and her son Tom Parker Bowles shares son Freddy, 14, and daughter Lola, 16, with ex-wife Sarah Parker Bowles.

The Queen’s children and grandchildren — who have historically kept a low public profile — all attended her coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey in May 2023, where the Queen’s grandsons played an extra special role in the festivities. Louis, Gus and Freddy all slipped into uniforms to act as Pages of Honor for their grandmother during the historic service, where King Charles and Queen Camilla were symbolically crowned seven months after his accession in September 2022. The plans didn’t come without a common childhood hiccup, as the Daily Mail reported that Gus broke his arm shortly before the big day.

The injury didn’t deter from his robe-carrying duties, and Queen Camilla’s Page of Honor cohort was rounded out by her great-nephew, Arthur Elliot. After the service at Westminster Abbey, where Prince George served as a Page of Honor for his grandfather King Charles, all of the boys appeared balcony of Buckingham Palace with the King and Queen.

In a wide-ranging interview with The Times in July, Sara spoke about the iconic photo cameras caught of Freddy’s sincere shock when he stepped onto the palace balcony.

"He wanted to go in the gold carriage, but he didn’t get to. Then his face on the balcony — I could see he was just like, 'Woah!' " Sara said of her son’s reaction to what he saw from the terrace. "My favorite part of the whole day was that he did a little wave that he wasn’t supposed to."

"I was quite obsessively watching him," she added. "But I knew by then he was going to be okay, that I could sort of let go."

While appearing on the U.K. talk show Lorraine the following month, the fashion editor and Wardrobe Revivals founder praised Queen Camilla as a totally devoted grandmother.

"She’s an amazing granny. She's really hands-on, and she's really into it, " Sara said when guest host Christine Lampard asked "what sort of granny" the Queen was.

"She wants to know everything that they're into. She loves jewelry and she's really knowledgeable about it. Lola is obsessed as well, so they always chat about that," she said.
