Do PSG have a better chance of winning the Champions League than Barcelona?

When Neymar made his controversial €222m move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, many questioned his motives. But the Brazilian has insisted his rationale was of a sporting nature: in quotes obtained by The Sun, the world’s most expensive player infers that he made the switch because he believes the Ligue 1 giants have a better shot at Champions League glory.

Despite PSG’s relative lack of pedigree in the competition, the bookmakers appear to agree with Neymar’s outlook.

But is it true? Could the Parisians possibly make it further than the Catalans? After all, they were only denied such a feat last season by one of the greatest comebacks of all time.
