PS Plus Collection Is Being Removed After Two Years
Sony has confirmed that the PS Plus Collection will soon be removed as a benefit of the PS Plus subscription on May 9, 2023. This means that the 19 games currently in the collection will no longer be able to be claimed for free in a few months, so we recommend redeeming them all before that happens. The PlayStation Plus Collection was first announced as an addition to PS Plus on October 2020.

Here is a quick list of games (in alphabetical order) that you can currently claim through the PS Store as part of the PS Plus Collection:
Batman: Arkham Knight

In the official blog post announcing the removal of the PlayStation Plus Collection, Sony says that it will continue to grow its PS Plus library of Monthly Games and Games Catalog. On that note, the blog post also mentions the four new monthly games for PS Plus in February.
The PlayStation Plus Collection allowed PS5 console owners to play a curated selection of PS4 games. The collection originally included Persona 5, but it was removed in May 2022.
