Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe has been tested for the coronavirus, according to French newspaper L'Équipe.

L'Équipe reported that the results are due within the next day. Mbappe is the first high-profile athlete to be tested for the coronavirus.

It was reported earlier on Tuesday that Mbappe was sick and in danger of missing PSG’s upcoming match with Borussia Dortmund. PSG coach Thomas Tuchel told beIN Sports that Mbappe hadn’t practiced on Monday or Tuesday, and said Mbappe “was sick yesterday and he is sick today with angina.” It has also been reported that he had a sore throat and a fever.

Wednesday’s Champions League match between PSG and Borussia Dortmund will be played in front of an empty stadium due to concerns about the coronavirus outbreak.
