Kyle Richards and her family love a cozy movie night. In June 2020, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member used a projector to create the illusion of a starry night sky in her former Aspen home as she and her daughters watched a film in the living room. Two months later, Kyle and Alexia Umansky created an outdoor movie viewing experience on the house’s patio, complete with a large screen. More recently, Kyle showed how her daughters do a movie night at their Encino home, and, unsurprisingly, it includes the coolest setup.

In a September 25 Instagram Story video, Kyle documented the “good vibes” as Alexia, Sophia Umansky, and Alexia’s boyfriend watched Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. The dim room they were in was aglow with pink and purple lighting, as well as multicolored dots projected onto the ceiling. The room has the coziest gray seating, which the trio took advantage of as they reclined to watch the movie on a wall-mounted TV. As Kyle’s video showed, the space also features eye-catching pink tree-print wallpaper and a beautiful chandelier.

Earlier this year, Kyle opened up to BravoTV.com about giving nearly every inch of her home a new look. “I’m actually changing kind of everything,” she explained at NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation in May. “I’m just changing everything in the house to make it exactly the way I want it, because I think it really is our forever home… Even if I move one day to, like, Aspen, Colorado, I’ll keep [the Encino] home for my kids or something.”
