Procter & Gamble Lends Old Spice Guy to Tide for Super Bowl LII Ad (Video)

Old Spice just lent their “Man Your Man Could Smell Like” to sister-brand Tide for a Super Bowl Sunday ad.

It was just a 15-second commercial, as the laundry detergent company had already spent like $11 million on a longer one starring new pitchman David Harbour of Netflix’s “Stranger Things.”

Procter & Gamble owns both Old Spice and Tide, as well as Charmin, Febreze, Crest, Pampers and a million other companies.

Interestingly enough (today, at least), Old Spice Guy Isaiah Amir Mustafa played on the practice squads for the NFL’s Tennessee Oilers, Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns. He also attended the Seattle Seahawks training camp in 2000. Still looks to be in game shape, right ladies?
