Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas Still Going Strong
They've had quite the whirlwind romance after meeting back in 2016, and they kept things pretty casual for a while before making things Instagram official in 2018.
By July of that year, Nick had popped the big question while the couple were on a vacation in Crete, Greece for Priyanka's birthday.
It was reported that he even shut down the entire Tiffany & Co. store in London so he could pick out the enormous ring.
He later said of the proposal, "'Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?' No joke—she took about 45 seconds. Forty-five seconds of silence."
Upon giving her the ring, he recalled saying "I’m going to put this ring on your finger now unless you have any objections.”

They Recently Celebrated Their Anniversary
The couple has been gushing about each other constantly lately and it appears they are completely in love and still going strong in their marriage.
On December 1, the loved up husband and wife celebrated their first anniversary. Nick posted a throwback photo to his Instagram to mark the occasion, with the caption, “One year ago today we said forever… well forever isn’t nearly long enough. “I love you with all of my heart @priyankachopra happy anniversary.”
The sweet and simple message is a good indication of his feelings for his gorgeous wife.
Gushing On Instagram
Priyanka shared some love for her husband back, sharing a video from their wedding, with the caption, “My promise. Then..today.. forever. You bring me joy, grace, balance, excitement, passion.. all in the same moment…thank you for finding me.. Happy First wedding anniversary Husband.. @nickjonas And Thank you to everyone for the love and good wishes. We feel blessed.”
Their wedding was a lavish one that took place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. Priyanka wrote about the special ceremonies on Instagram, saying, “One of the most special things our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other’s faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing."
Priyanka Shared What She Loves Most About Her Husband
Now, Priyanka has even more loving and kind words to say about her beloved husband. She recently told Us Weekly, “The stability of knowing that this is a family that you’ve chosen. There’s something really powerful about that.”
She continued speaking about her new family, and how she got many brother and sister-in-laws when she married Nick. She said, “I come from an Indian family, we’re used to that. You have to ask them that. We always inherit family!”
So, it appears Priyanka is not only enjoying her new marriage, but her new family as well!
Priyanka Didn't Think They Would Get Married
Interestingly enough, Priyanka didn't think her relationship with Nick would actually end in marriage. At the beginning of 2019, she said, "I've known him for two years. I didn't think that this is what it [would've] turned out to be, and maybe that's my fault, I judged a book by its cover. When I actually started dating Nick, he surprised me so much."
It appears this couple is really enjoying married life. Perhaps children are in their future? Let's hope so!
