Priscilla Presley is singing praises of her granddaughter Riley Keough.

After Presley, 78, stepped out to support the actress — who is the daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley and Elvis’ eldest grandchild — at the 2023 Emmy Awards on Monday night, she opened up about how proud she is of her on social media. Not only did the subject of Priscilla express how much she loved being the Daisy Jones & The Six star’s date for the evening, she shared how proud she thought the late King of Rock 'n' Roll would be of his granddaughter.

Presley shared the thoughtful post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday after the award show — where Keough, 34, was nominated for outstanding actress in a limited series or movie. “I loved being with my beautiful granddaughter at the Emmys last night,” she wrote. “What a talented young woman.”

The former actress then sweetly mentioned her ex-husband. “I know Elvis would have been very proud! ❤️,” she added.

Along with the loving note, Presley also shared a photo from their night out together. In the red carpet shot, it appeared as though the two stars were thrilled to be spending time together, as Keough smiled while glancing over at her grandmother and Presley looked proud to be arm-and-arm with her granddaughter.

The duo coordinated their looks at the 75th annual Primetime Emmy Awards by both wearing all black Chanel.

The Zola star and Chanel ambassador channeled her Daisy Jones character’s style by wearing a look from the brand’s Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2023 collection featuring a sheer dress layered over a pair of printed, high-waisted shorts.

Presley, meanwhile, looked just as chic in a sleek silk blouse, which she wore tucked into a floor-length, black wool and silk Jacquard skirt.

Their black ensembles called back Elvis’ classic style — as did the Golden Globe-nominated actress’ recently dyed hair. The performer, who just turned her natural blonde into a dark brown shade that resembles her grandfather’s famous color, highlighted her new look by wearing her hair half-up in a black bow.

Presley and Keough stepped out to the award show together after recently ending a legal battle that followed the January 2023 death of Keough’s mom and Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie.

The two came to a settlement agreement over the late singer's trust in May, and it was officially approved by a judge in November.

After reaching the agreement, Priscilla shared a statement exclusively with PEOPLE, expressing that “the Presley family is stronger than ever.”

"My family has resolved all confusion as it relates to our plea to the court and request for document interpretation after my daughter Lisa Marie's untimely passing," she said at the time. "Although some media identified such a plea as a lawsuit, I want to make clear that there was never any lawsuit filed against my beloved granddaughter."

"As a family, we are pleased that we resolved this together,” the statement continued. “My family and I hope that everyone will grant us the privacy we have needed to properly grieve Lisa Marie and spend personal time together. We love and appreciate all of you and the Presley family is stronger than ever."

While Keough didn’t end up taking home the Emmy award on Monday, she still celebrated her achievements and the success of Daisy Jones ahead of the event.

On Instagram, she shared a post dedicated to her costars and fans, and wrote, “I have so much love for everyone in this band and on this show. Everyone on this show worked harder than I’ve ever witnessed on any project actually for years. You’re all winners to me.”

“I feel so blessed to have spent time with all of you,” she finished, joking, “And when I lose tonight, I lose for you. 🤡😈🥇🥇🥇🥇.”
