A judge has finally signed off on Keough and Priscilla's settlement agreement, months after the grandmother-granddaughter duo got into a legal fight over Lisa Marie's Graceland estate.

On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lynn Scaduto signed the agreement, which includes the condition that Priscilla will receive the hefty sum of $1 million funded by her late daughter's life insurance policy.

The agreement also states that Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Lisa Marie's half-brother, will be a beneficiary of her trust and that Priscilla would be granted her wish to be buried close to Elvis Presley at Graceland estate when she passes.

According to People magazine, a redacted document from the settlement agreement discloses that Priscilla will also get $100,000 per year as the Promenade Trust's special advisor linked to its shareholder stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises, a non-fiduciary position.

The payments to Priscilla will be made in monthly installments and are guaranteed for ten years or until her death. This is regardless of whether Keough ever terminates her grandmother's job as a special advisor.

As reported by The Blast, Keough became the sole trustee of her mother's estate in June.

After an exclusive report by The Blast that Priscilla had challenged her late daughter, Lisa Marie's will, there were claims that she and her granddaughter, Keough, were no longer on speaking terms due to the estate dispute.

At the time, a source shared with Entertainment Tonight that Priscilla and Keough's strained relationship was caused by the former's decision to contest the legality of her deceased daughter's will by insinuating Lisa Marie's signature on a 2016 amendment was "inconsistent."

"Riley has been mourning the loss of her mother and is heartbroken to have to deal with a trust dispute with a family member," the insider told the publication.

They added, "Priscilla is adamant that she has a valid case and that she will prevail in court. Riley and Priscilla aren't communicating at this time, but have been in communication through lawyers."

The source also noted that Keough was "heartbroken" that the legal battle had "turned into a public matter" and knew her late mother would never want this."

Since reaching a settlement agreement in May, Keough and Priscilla have made amends and are now back on good terms.

During an interview with Vanity Fair in August, the "Daisy Jones& The Six" star said, "Things with Grandma will be happy. They’ve never not been happy. There was a bit of upheaval, but now everything’s going to be how it was.

She continued, "She’s a beautiful woman, and she was a huge part of creating my grandfather’s legacy and Graceland… It’s a big responsibility she has tried to take on. None of that stuff has really ever been a part of our relationship prior. She’s just been my grandma."

Priscilla also talked about being on "good terms" with her granddaughter the same month.

The 78-year-old said, "We were never not on good terms. That was all publicity." Priscilla added, "We understand what needs to be done. I’m there for her. She knows that. She wants me there for her to help her.”

Just as recently as October, Keough and Priscilla were seen out together at Nobu in Malibu for a dinner date. The pair were in the company of Keough's sisters, twins Finley and Harper Lockwood.

The family reportedly ate Sushi at the celebrity eatery, with the grandmother footing the tab.

In photos, Priscilla looked stunning in an all-black outfit that included a black bomber jacket over a polka dot blouse and matching black slacks. She accessorized her appearance with a fancy handbag and allowed her characteristic red hair to stand out.

Keough, on the other hand, rocked a long black robe coat and open-toe sandals. Her young sisters opted for cute dresses, with Finely in an olive green dress, high heels, and a navy jacket, and Harper donning a gorgeous floral minidress paired with Adidas sneakers.
