Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Max announced Thursday that Priscilla will stream on the service Feb. 23. Sofia Coppola adapted Priscilla Presley's memoir Elvis and Me and directed.

Cailee Spaeny stars as Priscilla. Jacob Elordi plays Elvis.

The film begins with 14-year-old Priscilla attending Elvis's parties while he is stationed at a German military base. Elvis invites Priscilla to live with him in Memphis, Tenn., where they eventually marry and have a child.

UPI's review of Priscilla complimented the film's depiction of the subtleties of power dynamics in an abusive relationship. Spaeny also spoke with UPI about meeting Priscilla, who was also an executive producer of the film.

"She did take the time to go through different moments of how she was feeling or inside jokes between them," Spaeny said of their meeting.
