Princess Eugenie Celebrated U.K.'s Mother's Day With an Adorable Picture of August

Princess Eugenie celebrated the U.K.'s Mother's Day with an adorable photo of her son, August, on Instagram over the weekend.

On Sunday, which marks Mothering Sunday for the U.K., the royal shared a never-before-seen snap of her and her 2-year-old walking hand-in-hand on a snow-dusted field. The soon-to-be mother-of-two looked cozy in a dark cashmere turtleneck dress by Nanushka, while her toddler wore a cream-hued cable knit sweater with black pants. "I love being your Mumma! Happy Mothers Day! Xx," Eugenie gushed in a caption alongside the scenic image.

Eugenie also felt the love in a seperate Instagram post that her mother, Sarah Ferguson, shared hours before. "I’m so proud of my girls and the beautiful women and mothers they have grown up to be," she wrote of Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. "I feel extremely blessed to call them mine. My darlings, you are my sunshine always & forever. #happymothersday"

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, were expecting their second child. "Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer," Buckingham Palace said in a statement in January. "The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother."

In addition to the official announcement, Eugenie took to Instagram to reveal the happy news herself alongside a sweet picture of August kissing her growing bump. "We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer," she shared at the time.
