Something we never thought we’d hear was that the late Princess Diana found a former US President to be the “sexiest man alive.” At a party merely months before she died in a tragic car accident on Aug 31 1997, fellow guests at an A-list packed party remember Diana calling former US President Bill Clinton the “sexiest man alive.”
In a 2012 interview with CNBC, investor Warren Buffett talked about the times he met the late Princess of Wales, including at a party hosted by Washington Post publisher Katharine Graham. He discussed the second encounter happening “very shortly” before Diana’s death, where he sat across the table from her.

“She had been to the White House that day and she had said that Bill Clinton was the sexiest man alive,” he recalled. “And I didn’t ask her who the least sexy guy in the world alive was. I was afraid I might get my play in there.”
Now, Diana was actually pals with both Bill and Hillary Clinton, both of whom were in attendance for her funeral. Diana met them back in 1996 while attending an event supporting the Red Cross, per IBTimes.

Not much else is known about their unlikely friendship, but Bill was quoted saying, per Hello, “Hillary and I knew Princess Diana and we were very fond of her.”
