Prince Harry is reportedly having “sleepless nights” as next month’s trip to the U.K. gets closer and closer, but he isn’t the only one. According to royal sources, Prince William is also anxious about his younger brother’s imminent visit, as the trip comes with quite a lot of uncertainty.

“Harry and Meghan are having sleepless nights about what they should do when Harry visits the U.K. later this year,” royal author Tom Quinn previously told The Mirror. And it’s the subject of his wife, Meghan Markle, coming or not coming which is reportedly giving the Prince of Wales anxiety.

Prince William And Kate Middleton Are 'Really Nervous' And 'Anxious' For Prince Harry's Visit

According to reports, Prince Harry is quite keen to see his brother and sister-in-law Kate Middleton, in an attempt to finally heal their ongoing rift; however, the Prince and Princess of Wales aren't so sure about it. Quinn told The Mirror that the Prince and Princess of Wales "are really nervous" about Prince Harry's trip next month, and are especially "anxious" about whether the former Suits actress will be joining him.

"William and Kate are really nervous that whether Harry comes alone or with Meghan there are going to be difficulties and a great deal of planning is going on to try to reduce all the inevitable awkwardness and embarrassment," he told the outlet, adding: "One plan being looked at is to let the brothers appear in public for a short period to try to show they can at least be civil to each other."

However, Prince William may not have to worry about the possibility of Meghan interfering, as royal expert Esther Krakue told GB News that she really doesn't think she will want to leave Montecito, California for the U.K. "She's not interested in the whole drama and, kind of, being injected, is she going to talk to (Princess) Kate, and all of that," she speculated.

Prince William And Kate Middleton May Not Meet With Prince Harry At All

Prince William's reported anxiety about his brother's visit may be for nothing, as other sources are saying that they aren't sure if the brothers will even get to meet, as no concrete plans have been made yet. And that's partly because the Prince and Princess of Wales don't want the drama!

According to an April 14th GB News article, a source said: "Harry is due in London early next month, but there are no plans as of yet [for William and Kate] to meet with him while he's over. He's reached out and sent best wishes, but meeting might be a little premature."

This echoes what a source told OK! Magazine, as they said, "William and Kate are very consciously focusing on positivity and recovery." And that, understandably, means avoiding Prince Harry and Meghan!

Royal Expert Thinks King Charles And Kate Middleton's Health Battles Are 'An Enormous Game Changer'

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also believes that if the brothers have any chance of finally "resolving the rift, if it is to be resolved, is to do it privately," especially after King Charles and Kate Middleton's respective cancer battles, which he told The Sun was "an enormous game changer even when there are deep family rifts.

Fitzwilliams also told The Sun that we shouldn't rule anything out when it comes to Prince Harry and Meghan's plans, saying: "Sussexes do spring surprises."

He also noted that plans may be forced to change due to the King and the Princess of Wales' health battles, saying: "You never know what might happen in the coming weeks or months. The two very senior members of the royal family, are very, are seriously ill, and you can't really predict what's going to happen."
