Prince William & Kate Middleton Just Revealed the Way They Plan to Address Endgame Accusations

Over the years, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been in the middle of countless public accusations. From the claims made by Prince Harry in his memoir Spare, to the rumors surrounding William’s alleged affair with Rose Hanbury, the two have often found themselves in the midst of a scandal.

Most recently, they’ve found themselves in that situation once again following the release of royal reporter Omid Scobie’s recent book, Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival.

Among the accusations made in the book are the desperate measures made by William and his team to bury the Hanbury affair rumors and, according to the book’s Dutch translation, that Middleton, and her father-in-law King Charles, were the two senior members involved in the conversation about Harry and Meghan Markle’s first-born Archie‘s skin color, as Piers Morgan since revealed on his show, per Page Six.

Given how serious each of these claims are, all eyes were on the Prince and Princess of Wales as they attended the The Royal Variety Performance on Nov. 30.

At the event, however, Middleton and William showed the not-so-surprising way they’ll address Endgame‘s accusations: by ignoring them.

In one video of them stepping outside the car, for example, People reporter Simon Perry can be heard asking “Your Royal Highness, have you got a comment about Omid Scobie’s book?” After ignoring the question, the reporter, per Us Weekly, tried again. “Did you watch the Piers Morgan show last night, Your Royal Highnesses?”

William, for his part, continued in silence. Looks like the royal pair won’t be making any grand statements to set the record straight anytime soon.
