What conspiracy theories?

Prince William appeared unbothered as he downed shots of whiskey and pints of beer with Hollywood star Rob McElhenney as his wife, Kate Middleton, continues to recover from surgery at home.

The Prince of Wales, 41, traveled to Wrexham in Wales, where he and the “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” actor visited The Turf pub, located next to Welsh soccer club Wrexham AFC, which McElhenney co-owns with Ryan Reynolds.

The unlikely duo marked the nationwide St. David’s Day celebration by glugging booze on a rainy Friday afternoon as speculation about his wife’s well-being remains rife.

“Still got a horrible head on it, but there you go. This is why I don’t work behind the bar,” William said after pouring a pint of beer, before telling McElhenney, 46, that he “loves” cider.

The father of three was shown around the club’s grounds after he spent time with students from the nearby All Saints’ Primary School.

There, William was gifted Welsh dragon toys for his children — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

He was also given flowers for the Princess of Wales, 42.

“I’ll pass them onto Catherine as well, thank you very much,” he said, receiving the daffodil floral arrangement.

Elsewhere, William was gifted a Wrexham jersey by soccer players Ben Tozer and Luke Young. The shirt featured the royal’s first name and the No. 9 on the back.

Over at the soccer club, the heir to the throne spoke to locals about the venue, and heard how the team has evolved since McElhenney and Reynolds, 47, signed on the dotted line for the club’s takeover in 2021.

Reynolds did not join the duo, as he’s currently on location in NYC to film “Deadpool & Wolverine.”

It was the second royal visit to the soccer club in recent months. In September 2023, Reynolds and McElhenney detailed their encounter with King Charles and Queen Camilla, who paid a similar visit to Wrexham in 2022.

William’s trip to Wales followed hot on the heels of another royal engagement that saw him attend an event against antisemitism at a London synagogue Thursday.

The Prince’s attendance came after mysteriously pulling out of his godfather King Constantine of Greece’s memorial service at the eleventh hour for “personal reasons” earlier this week. Kensington Palace, however, noted simultaneously that Kate was “doing well” amid her recovery.

Nevertheless, conspiracy theories quickly grew rampant about her whereabouts.

“Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates,” her rep exclusively told The Post on Thursday. “That guidance stands.”
