Reeve then asked, “An illness in the family can have a galvanizing or sort of reunifying effect for families. Is that possible in this case?”

“Yeah, sure,” Harry said. “For all these families, I say on a day to day basis, the strength of the family unit coming together.”

Reeve asked how Harry has “processed the fact that there is so much happening back with your family where you came from.”

“I have my own family, as we all do,” Harry said. “So my family and my life in California is as it is. I got other trips planned that would take me through the UK or back to the UK.”

Harry also said that he has considered becoming a U.S. citizen, saying that “it is a thought that has crossed my mind” but is not “something that is a high priority right now.”

Reeve interviewed Harry at a promotional event in Whistler, Canada for the Invictus Games, which will be held there next year.
