Prince Harry is sharing details about his music preferences—including his favorite Spice Girl.

In a newly resurfaced excerpt from his memoir, Spare, the Duke of Sussex, 39, revealed that his first public appearance following the late Princess Diana’s funeral was a Spice Girls concert in Johannesburg. The royal couldn’t believe that his dad, King Charles, wanted to attend.

“Concert? Pa? Impossible to believe,” Prince Harry wrote. “Even more impossible while it was actually happening. But I saw it with my own eyes. Pa gamely nodding to the beat and tapping his foot.”

The royal also revealed that his favorite Spice Girl was Geri Halliwell because of her hair color. “Ginger Spice [was] the only Spice with whom I felt a real connection,” he explained. “A fellow ginger.”

The Duke of Sussex even quoted the lyrics from the girl group’s famous song, “Wannabe”: “If you want my future, forget my past/ If you wanna get with me, better make it fast.”

Halliwell discussed Prince Harry's shout-out during an interview with Andy Cohen. “I think when you’re in any kind of [way] different slightly, you’re in your own lane, you have to find your own voice,” she said. “Now we live in a PC world, that you’ve got to be a bit more mindful. But 20 years ago, people were quite rude to you if you had ginger hair.”

The question is: What is Prince Harry’s favorite Spice Girls song?
