Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Will Limit Their Amount of Children Due to Climate Change

Prince Harry is getting candid about a possible Baby Sussex #2.

Opening up to British Vogue in their September issue, the Duke of Sussex revealed he and his wife, Meghan Markle, will have "two [children], maximum" in an effort to save the planet.

During his interview with environmentalist Dr. Goodall, they got on the topic of climate change and how having Archie has changed his viewpoint of how many children they plan on bringing into the world.

Unlike Donald Trump, the Prince believes in climate change.

“What we need to remind everybody is: These are things that are happening now. We are already living in it,” Harry said. “We are the frog in the water and it’s already been brought to the boil. Which is terrifying.”

Dr. Goodall replied, “Happening and happened. It is terrifying. Especially as you’ve just had a baby.”

That's when Harry began to talk about adding another baby to their royal clan.

“It does make it different. I think, weirdly because of the people that I’ve met and the places I’ve been fortunate enough to go, I’ve always had a connection and a love for nature," he began. "I view it differently now, without question. But I’ve always wanted to try and ensure that, even before having a child and hoping to have children…”

Dr. Goodall quickly cut in, joking, "Not too many!"

“Two, maximum!” Harry responded. “But I’ve always thought: This place is borrowed. And surely, as intelligent as we all are or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation.”

Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan Markle, 37, welcomed their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, on May 6.

As The Blast reported, Archie weighed 7lbs 3oz and made his debut to the public just two days later.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed for another Baby Sussex!!
