A report has revealed that the Sussexes are clashing over their views on money. Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have been through a roller coaster of financial upheaval since the start of this year.

This year saw Prince Harry debut his memoir, "Spare," to much fanfare, alongside the strengthening of their Netflix deal. On the flip side, the royal couple lost their deal with Spotify, which is likely to have forced them to cut down on financial commitments.

Now, it is believed that Harry and Meghan are choosing to follow different paths careerwise, which has allegedly led to a strain on their relationship.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan, have allegedly been contemplating alternative career paths following the decreased attention from their bombshell Netflix series and the prince's book.

Sources claim the pair have different views on money, which is allegedly "pulling them apart," per Mirror. Harry is interested in sticking to his charity works, such as Well Child and the Rhino Conservation Botswana, while Meghan is focused on the growth of her brand.

"There's very much a feeling that Harry wants to concentrate on charity work and his family, while Meghan is much more concentrated on moving her brand forward," said an insider, per Woman Magazine.

The source also mentioned that Harry's plans for himself don't include amassing profits, nor does he intend to put his royal past in the spotlight, just like he did in his memoir "Spare" and the Netflix documentary series "Harry and Meghan."

While Harry and Meghan might be fighting behind closed doors about their financial views, the two have maintained an appearance of tranquility on the outside.

They have continued to appear at necessary events together whenever they do not have separate commitments elsewhere.

Last month, they appeared together at the Invictus Games, an international multi-sport event for injured and sick veterans that was founded by Harry back in 2014.

At the event, the duo interacted with the athletes and their families and gave rousing speeches that reiterated their commitment to the event. They also participated in some fun activities, such as a group wave, and handed out medals to competitors who emerged as winners in some categories.

The event coincided with Harry's birthday. On that day, September 15, he enjoyed the crowd's warmth as they serenaded him while his wife leaned into him with a smile.

According to a source, Harry and Meghan's united front in the face of possible marital troubles has "the potential to continue bringing in substantial income for their family."

"While they have their individual endeavors, their partnership has proven to be beneficial for both of them professionally, too," the source said, per the New York Post.

"If they were to split, it could potentially impact their careers, especially as a couple who have brands built on their relationship," they added.

The insider also pointed out that if the duo does eventually split, it would heavily affect their children, Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2, due to the immense media coverage it would create.

"The media attention surrounding the end of their relationship would be difficult to deal with, and they have their children to look out for," said the insider.

The couple's relationship with the royal family has deteriorated. It has been speculated that the duo has just one friendship left after mostly keeping out of touch since they stepped down from being senior royals.

The couple is reportedly not on speaking terms with Prince William and Princess Kate but still maintains contact with Princess Eugenie.

A source told Express: "They seem to have cut all ties with the Royal Family - except for Princess Eugenie - so it seems inevitable that they will now embrace lives as La La Land celebs."

The source also criticized the couple's relationship with the Kardashians, following recent speculation that they would appear on their reality show.

They added, "Personally I think it would be ludicrous and rather demeaning to appear in the Kardashians. I think they are better than that."

Amid their busy schedule, Harry and Meghan recently carved out time to enjoy a short and relaxing stay on the Caribbean island of Canouan, where they were seen walking hand-in-hand.
