Prince Harry Hosted a Fireside Chat at a Cozy Dinner Inside a Horse Stable: Go Inside with Our Exclusive Clip!

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a post-polo game dinner at Santa Rita Polo Farm, where Harry spoke with Sentebale volunteer-turned-Country Director Ntoli Moletsane

Prince Harry continued to celebrate his Sentebale charity after leaving the polo field.

After the Duke of Sussex competed in the Royal Salute Polo Challenge in Florida on April 12, he and Meghan Markle attended an intimate post-game dinner at the Santa Rita Polo Farm, where guests dined between horse stables.

There, Prince Harry took the mic as he moderated a fireside chat with Sentebale's Board Chair Dr. Sophie Chandauka and Sentebale's Country Director Ntoli Moletsane to discuss future ambitions for the organization, which Harry co-founded in 2006 with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho to help children in Africa affected by poverty, inequality and HIV/AIDS.

In PEOPLE's exclusive clip of the event, Prince Harry celebrates Moletsane's long history with Sentebale. "Ntoli, you've been with the organization now for 14 years. You were a volunteer at first, and now you're Country Director," he says. "Tell everybody here what [are] the biggest challenges that we've overcome as an organization over the last few years."

Moletsane responds, "There have been many, but I'd like to highlight a few that are enduring. One is our amplifying local voices. It's very difficult to have the people who are served by the work that we do to influence the programs that we run. A lot of the time, the funding comes with prescriptions and that makes it difficult to really achieve the change that we want to achieve. As an organization, it's been really hard to get people to listen to those who are served by our organization."

"Secondly, the other challenge that we've had is finding — and you alluded to this yesterday — around getting partners that want to work with us for the long run," she adds. "We get one to three-year cycles of funding, and you can not really achieve change in a year or two if you're trying to really achieve social change. It takes time. You're working on mindsets, on attitudes — you can't do that in a year or two."

Moletsane, who was snapped sharing a sweet moment with the Duke of Sussex at the event with their arms around each other, concluded that she was "hopeful," prompting a smile from Prince Harry.

And there was plenty of reason to be. Between the Royal Salute Polo Challenge, a dinner and panel in Miami on April 11 and Sotheby's Sentebale Benefit Auction (which runs through April 25), $1 million was raised for Sentebale last week.

Although Africa has the world's largest and fastest-growing youth population, their promise is shadowed by challenges such as inequality and climate change. Sentebale invests in vulnerable young people and their communities to promote equity, dignity and sustainability.

Working across Lesotho and Botswana in the past 18 months, Sentebale has reached over 77,000 young people to improve their understanding of reproductive rights, provided 1,700 young people with mental health support, worked with healthcare professionals with over 4,600 people living with HIV identified as missing appointments, provided training to 662 young women with life skills and kicked off an eight-year partnership with the Government of Lesotho to regenerate landscapes and livelihoods through changed resource use practices.

Chandauka told PEOPLE ahead of the charity polo match that the Duke of Sussex is deeply involved with the charity.

"Prince Harry feels safe and secure in Africa and has been associated with it since childhood," she said. "He has love, trust and passion for Africa. He is energetic and hard-working as well as being blessed with a wife like Meghan who makes it possible for him to do this. He is principled and really cares. For these reasons, I want to continue to support him."

Argentine polo player Ignacio "Nacho" Figueras, who saddled up on an opposing team from his friend Prince Harry for the game, also attended the dinner, sharing photos of the event on his Instagram, including a snap chatting with Meghan and Harry.

"When I see Prince Harry delve into Sentebale, it makes me want to support him and his other projects even more," Figueras, who has been playing charity matches with the Duke of Sussex for years, told PEOPLE.

Meghan accompanied Prince Harry to Florida and awarded his team the winning trophy, with a sweet kiss for her husband. Figueras believes the Duchess of Sussex, 42, and their two children —  Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2 — have been a great support for Prince Harry.

"Seeing Prince Harry so involved with his children and happy with his great wife is heartening," says Figueras, an ambassador for Sentebale. "His passion for family matches his passion for polo, which is what first drew me to him when we met years ago."
