Prince George May Be Ready to Take on This Hobby His Dad Prince William Got a Lot of Heat For

Prince William just gave a hint about what Prince George adores, and it shows everyone that he’s truly so much like his papa; and is now obsessed with something the late Queen Elizabeth II reportedly hated. So, as many loyal royal fans know, William loves flying and has piloted a lot over the years, despite many warning him against it. Now, his mini-me son George loves the idea of a pilot life.

During a recent Buckingham Palace garden party, where he divulged a sweet nighttime ritual he does with his youngest son Prince Louis, the Prince of Wales also revealed what George loves lately. Per Hello!, he said that his eldest son George “is a potential pilot in the making.”

Now, we love that George clearly looks up to his papa so much, but it’s also super interesting he loves a hobby that William has gotten a lot of heat for over the years.

Back in 2022, it was reported by Daily Mail that the late Queen repeatedly asked William not to fly helicopters, or pilot in general because she was afraid that if something happened, it could “threaten the line of succession.”

The report said, “It keeps the Queen awake at night, and she is understandably very worried. She knows William is a capable pilot but does not think it is worth the risk for all five of them to carry on flying together and can’t imagine what would happen. It would spark a constitutional crisis.”

But William is a very safe pilot, and we’re sure that if George continues his love for this, his dd will teach him how to go about it safely like him.

For those who don’t know, after William and Kate Middleton’s nuptials in 2011, they welcomed three children named George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Louis, 6.
