Prince Archie’s Former Nanny Revealed the Vibe She Got From Meeting Prince Harry & Meghan Markle

Even when they were working royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made it a priority to hire a nanny to take care of their eldest, Prince Archie, amid their hectic schedules. Like Prince William and Kate Middleton, they only hired one nanny at the time. And that nanny is spilling the details on what it was like working for Harry and Meghan, and looking over Archie.
Lorren Khumalo spoke on an episode of The Breakfast Club with Zenzele Ndebele, which was resurfaced by the Mirror, about what it was like meeting them when they were working members of the Royal Family, living at Frogmore Cottage.

She went into the meeting, worried about what they’d be like, only to be pleasantly surprised with how laidback the Duke and Duchess were. “He was in his jeans, in a T-shirt, walking barefoot because it was hot,” she said. “When I got there, the way he opened his arms, ‘Hello Lorren!’ and gave me a hug. [I thought] ‘Wow, what a gentleman, what a gem. Oh my goodness, I couldn’t believe it.”
She added, “When I walked in and saw Meghan I thought ‘My God, what a beautiful woman’. I just felt so comfortable, it wasn’t as formal as I expected it to be, it was just a normal home.”
So it’s clear that Harry and Meghan are like any other household: calm, laidback, and loving. We love to see it, to be honest.
For those who don’t know, Harry and Meghan started dating in 2016 and by April 2018, they were married. They share two children together named Archie, born in May 2019, and Lilibet, born in June 2021.
