2022 was quite a year for the Prime Video streaming service. Following another stunning season of The Boys in June, Amazon debuted its original Lord of the Rings series, The Rings of Power, in September. But 2022 is long gone, so can the streamer do even better in 2023? New on Prime Video in May are some recent releases, including Three Thousand Years of Longing, Till, Violent Night, plus new comedy specials from Jimmy O. Yang and Tommy Little.
