Colbert assumed the role of an HR person, unfamiliar with the President pointed out that Obama had not gotten any promotions in eight years of his previous job. He replied, "There wasn't a lot of room for advancement in my last job. The only one in a more powerful position was my wife." However, President Obama did go over some of his accomplishments, like his work on global warming. Colbert "improved" those accomplishments by saying that he was "proficient in Microsoft Excel." Then President Obama asked about his biggest flaw. Obama responded, "Sometimes... when I talk…. I take…. too many pauses." He then explained that his biggest hobby was encouraging people to vote.
