PREMIER Center to host band Whiskey Myers’ 2024 Wiggy Thump Festival in May

The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in west Sioux Falls is set to host the multi-platinum band Whiskey Myers for its annual tour, the sixth Wiggy Thump festival, next year on May 7, 2024.

The genre-bending band, which emerged in 2007, kicks off the tour on March 8, in Bossier City, Los Angeles, and will be joined by The Red Clay Strays, Lukas Nelson + POTR and Reid Haughton in selected locations.

The lineup for the festival was announced earlier this month and is set to cover the cities of Biloxi, Mississippi; Little Rock, Arkansas; Park City, Kansas; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Peoria, Illinois; Rogers, Arkansas and Sioux Falls. The tour ends May 11, 2024.

The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls is the sixth location on the band's map.

The multipurpose facility was named in honor of the founder of First Premier Bank and Premier Bankcard T. Denny Sanford, a philanthropist who donated a $400 million gift to then Sioux Valley Hospital in 2007. It is a location that houses several events, concerts among them.

The tickets to this nationwide tour will be available from 10 a.m. local time on Friday on their official website, WhiskeyMyers.com.
