Pregnant Lea Michele Is Embracing Her Swiftie Side on Her Babymoon

Lea Michele is apparently part of “The Tortured Poets Department” (just like us!!). She’s on a babymoon right now before the arrival of her second child with husband Zandy Reich, and she just posted the sweetest bump photos with a reference to Taylor Swift’s latest album.

The Glee alum, who is also mom to 3-year-old son Ever, posted photos from her beach vacation captioned, “Florida!!!” This is the name of Swift’s track 8, featuring Florence + the Machine, which dropped on April 19, and people caught on quickly. “Confirmed Swiftie as you should Queen,” one person wrote. Others commented lyrics from the song, like this person: “It’s one Hell of a druuug ❤️❤️.”

Aside from the exciting news that Michele is a Swiftie, we were also completely awestruck by her photos. She wears a black bandeau top and maxi skirt with a huge slit up the thigh in the first picture. Michele stands on the side of her hotel balcony, with a stunning ocean scene behind her, as the sun literally beams on her bare stomach. She is the definition of glowing!

Other photos include a shot of a strawberry pineapple drink, beautiful palm trees, and a bump photo with Michele in a long crocheted maxi dress. It looks like a very relaxing babymoon (aka, a vacation you take before your baby is born), and we are so happy for her!

Michele has been a Swiftie for years. Way back in 2017, the Scream Queens alum said that she listens to Swift’s music constantly. “There isn’t a day that goes by that Taylor Swift music isn’t blasted in my house,” she said, per HelloGiggles. She added, “I Love her. I was just talking to [Scream Queens co-star] Emma Roberts about her the other day and we were reading the inside of her booklet for Red, and she has this amazing little excerpt she wrote inside about different kinds of love. She’s really an amazing songwriter and her music is just the best girl music ever.”

This prompted the “Karma” singer to send her a handwritten note, which she shared on her Instagram story, per Just Jared. “You read the Red Album Booklet??!!” Swift wrote. “You’re the sweetest, the nicest, the coolest. Thank you so much for the kind words. Love, Taylor.”

Since then, Michele has seemingly remained a fan, posting several TikToks using Swift’s music (like “I Did Something Bad” and “Maroon.”)

Maybe Swift can be an honorary “aunt” to Michele’s new baby like she is with other celebrities’ kids!
