Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian Wears Sheer Bra and Applies Lip Gloss as She Bares Baby Bump

The Lemme founder is currently pregnant with her fourth child

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is getting ready for her newest addition!

On Wednesday, the pregnant Lemme founder, 44, shared a carousel of photos to her Instagram, including a picture of herself putting on lip gloss and wearing a sheer black bra — and with her baby bump on full display.

In the same series, Kardashian Barker also shared a picture of herself and husband Travis Barker, 47, in bed and a sweet note she received from her daughter Penelope, 11, which read "I hope you feel better Mom! Love P."

Along with Penelope, the Poosh founder is also a mom to sons Mason Dash, 13, and Reign Aston, 8, with ex Scott Disick. Barker is already a dad to son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

In an interview with Vogue for their November issue, Kardashian shared that while she got pregnant naturally, she "felt really pressured and pushed into doing IVF."

"It went against my intuition, and I didn't feel fully prepared for the mental or physical toll it takes," she added.

Kardashian Barker continued that she and Barker decided to pause in-vitro fertilization (IVF) at their 2022 wedding. The couple had previously documented the process on The Kardashians.

"We just got pregnant naturally," Kardashian Barker told Vogue. "It was an indescribable feeling. Shock, then super-happy, fear sets in, worry, but I remembered then to have gratitude."

Elsewhere in the same interview, Kardashian Barker reflected on the urgent fetal surgery she received in September. "That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn't know about in the past," she told the outlet.

"It was terrifying. And I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you're pregnant, I had no idea," she continued. "I've always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it's one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby's life."

Earlier this week, Kardashian Barker also revealed that husband Travis is getting ready for their arrival by showering her with red roses and black candles in an Instagram video showing off the incredible displays.

Set to the tune of Bright Eyes’ “First Day of My Life," the video showed the pregnant star walking down a staircase filled with blooms sent by the Blink-182 drummer, which she tagged with a teary-eyed emoji.
