Beyoncé’s birthday show during the Renaissance tour on (Sept. 4) is the gift that keeps giving.

Not only did Bey’s team assist comedian Lil Rel with his proposal to his now fiancée during the show, a fan named Sarah Francis Jones also credited the “Cuff It” singer for inducing her labor. Reportedly, the pregnant concert-goer was rushed to the hospital during the concert.

According to HipHopDX, the actress and choreographer was enjoying the the star-studded show when she felt what she thought were false-alarm contractions during Beyoncé’s “Virgo Groove.” She was actually going into labor.

“We thought it was just Braxton Hicks or gas — turns out we were having a whole baby at @beyonce bday show,” she wrote in an Instagram post recalling the unforgettable night. She also shared images of her actually in the hospital bed later that night, proceeding to deliver her baby.

Jones spoke with ABC7 following the birth of her daughter, who wasn’t even due until another week. She credited Beyoncé for bringing forth her daughter earlier than expected.

“I wasn’t thinking that I was going into labor,” she said. “I wasn’t due for another week. We actually had a C-section planned. I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna have fun at this concert. This is my last hoorah.’ This baby had other plans. I think she heard Beyoncé’s voice and was like, ‘I wanna go, too.’”

Her husband added, “I was nervous. This was my first baby. So I was like, I want to make sure I’m doing everything right. I may or may not have sped past some red lights on accident. Please don’t get in trouble. I’m just trying to get my baby to the hospital.”

The magic of that night not only included a proposal and labor induction, but also an appearance from the living legend, Diana Ross.

Ross serenaded the 42-year-old with a beautiful “Happy Birthday.” A roaring crowd witnessed the two impresarios as they excitedly joined hands on stage.

In a video captured by TikTok user @beyhivelive, Bey embraced Ross as she emotionally said, “Thank you so much, you are so amazing. This is the legendary Diana Ross! There would be no me without you and thank you so much for all of your sacrifice and your beauty and your grace.”

“Thank you for opening doors for me. Thank you so much.”
