"Is it a boy or a girl?" Haibon asks.

"I don't know, I thought it was going to be a boy before I was pregnant and then I got pregnant and I thought it was going to be a girl. And now I think it's going to be a boy today."

As the couple bite into their cupcakes, they reveal that they're expecting a boy.

"It's a boy! Are you kidding me?" Iaconetti exclaims.

In January, the couple shared they are pregnant again and chatted with PEOPLE ahead of going public with the announcement.

"We want Dawson to have a sibling," Haibon said of his son. "That's very important. Both of us come from families with two kids. So we wanted to give that to Dawson."

"I want that big family dynamic, but man, having so many kids is just so overwhelming," he continued. "So even the idea of a second kid, it's no longer two-on-one where we can play defense against him. Now it's just one-on-one."

Although their son is still a little too young to understand what's going on, the couple said they brought him along for their first doctor's appointment, where they got to see a sonogram.

"I try to teach him, 'Where's the baby? It's in the belly!' " the soon-to-be mom of two said. "Sometimes I'm like, 'Where's the baby?' And he'll point to his belly. So he doesn't get that it's my belly. He has been extremely, even more so of a mommy's boy since this child has been in my belly."

"So he is already getting jealous," Haibon confirmed.
