Prabhas is among the busiest actors in the Indian cinema at the moment. He was recently seen in Prashanth Neel’s Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, but he already has a lineup of movies in the making. While Prabhas will star next in Kalki 2898 AD, he recently announced The Raja Saab with filmmaker Maruthi. Although not much about the movie has been revealed yet, the latest report suggests its release date window.

The actor shocked his fans when he announced The Raja Saab on the occasion of Sankranti on January 15, 2024. While fans were expecting an action drama from the actor-director duo, they came up with a horror romance comedy. The movie’s first poster saw the Baahubali star clad in a shirt and lungi as he took a stroll in the street.

When will The Raja Saab release?

Details about The Raja Saab are currently under wraps. The makers have not revealed when they will release the much-awaited film. Moreover, Prabhas has a busy schedule as he has also been working on Salaar Part 2 and Spirit. As per 123telugu.com, a buzz around the development claims that The Raja Saab will hit theaters by December 20, 2024. However, no official announcement has been made yet.

There are also various speculations about the film’s plot. Maruthi recently confirmed that the plot details provided by IMDb are fake. The director shared how IMDb wrote, “It revolves around a couple who fall in love but are set to change destiny due to a negative energy,” to summarize the film. However, the director then mentioned how the details were fake and that he had been working on a different script.
