Prabhas Announces New Movie With Filmmaker Maruthi, Title Revealed

Pan-India star Prabhas is certainly on a roll, as he has several promising movies in the pipeline. While the actor was last seen in Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasfire, he recently announced a new film with filmmaker Maruthi. As of now, this upcoming movie’s name has been announced as The Raja Saab. However, other details are currently under wraps.

Prabhas is among the highest-paid actors in India. With his massive stardom and screen presence, he is known for minting heavy amounts at the box office. Throughout his career, the actor has been a part of several big-budget movies. Now, he is all set to entertain the audience once again with the upcoming film.

Prabhas’ movie with Maruthi titled The Raja Saab

On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, the makers announced Prabhas and Maruthi’s collaboration, The Raja Saab. People Media Factory is producing the film and released its first-ever poster. In the poster, the Baahubali star could be seen in a fun and charming avatar as he walks on the street. The Raja Saab is a horror film, as the director himself revealed.

During an interview with Variety, Maruthi opened up about his new project with Prabhas. He said, “‘The Raja Saab’ stands as one of my most ambitious projects to date. Collaborating with Prabhas and People Media Factory is both an honor and exciting for me as a filmmaker. We are geared up to offer our audiences a grand horror experience.” He continued, “Having Prabhas on board is particularly special as his electrifying screen presence infused with our horror narrative is sure to leave audiences amazed.”

On the work front, Prabhas also has Kalki 2898 AD and Spirit in his kitty.
