Should Taylor Swift take legal action against the X-rated AI photos circulating the internet, powerhouse victims' rights attorney Carrie Goldberg has offered her services.

As you know, AI-created images of Swift have been making their rounds on social media -- some of which are extremely graphic and include the Kansas City Chiefs and Travis Kelce with the pop icon posing inappropriately. The AI images were created by several sources online.

They were then shared on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, prompting Swifties to come to the 'Red' singer's defense, calling the images "disgusting," "offensive," and "derogatory."

Despite most of the images having been removed for violating the social media platform's rules, the pop icon may still take legal action -- and if she decides to, she already has a victims' rights attorney ready to represent her in the fight.

As Swifties came to defend the singer, getting "Protect Taylor Swift" to trend, now legal action could be the next step.

While Swift has not commented on the photos, or confirm if legal action will be taken, a New York City-based victims' rights attorney has offered to defend Swift should she decide to do so.

Carrie Goldberg, victims' rights attorney and  author of the book 'Nobody's Victim: Fighting Psychos, Stalkers, Perv, and Trolls', shared her resume on X:

  • have sued malicious platforms out of existence (RIP Omegle)

  • overcame Section 230 4x

  • participated in WH [White House] executive order on AI that included deep fakes

  • Was 'expert' for the launch of WH Task Force against Online Harms.

Again, Taylor Swift has not confirmed if she would take legal action against the AI photos, but on Tuesday, "two lawmakers reintroduced a bill that would make the non-consensual sharing of digitally altered pornographic images a federal crime," per reports.

Lawmakers and Politicians Battle Against AI

Senator Mark Warner, a Democrat from Virginia, also spoke out on Tuesday, saying he has "repeatedly warned that AI could be used to generate non-consensual intimate imagery."

He added, "This is a deplorable situation, and I'm going to keep pushing on AI companies to stop this horrible capability and on platforms to stop their circulation."

Amid the X-rated mages of Taylor Swift circulating, Warner also stated, "current law may insulate platforms and websites from exactly this sort of accountability. I want to pass Section 230 reform so we can hold tech firms accountable for allowing this disgusting content to proliferate."

At this time, there is no confirmation that Taylor Swift will take legal action against the X-rated AI photos, however, it is expected she will fight back.
