Post Malone to kick off 2024 WM Phoenix Open with a 16th hole concert. How to get tickets

Post Malone will take center stage at the iconic 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale for the 2024 Concert in the Coliseum on Saturday, Feb. 3, just two days before WM Phoenix Open tournament week.

In a press release, 2024 WM Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman George Thimsen said, “The Concert in the Coliseum is a unique tradition at ‘The People’s Open’ and an event worthy of a truly transcendent musical talent in Post Malone. His unbelievable stage presence and one-of-a-kind sound is going to kick off WM Phoenix Open week with a bang."

The Concert in the Coliseum, presented by Swire Coca-Cola, is a 21-and-over event. It will take place on a stage built in the middle of the 16th hole especially for the show. Gates will open at 3:30 p.m.

The 2024 WM Phoenix Open will take place Feb. 5-11 at TPC Scottsdale. “The People’s Open” has been named the Tournament of the Year by the PGA Tour four times to acknowledge its status as one the most distinctive events in golf.

The 2024 edition will mark the 89th playing of the event (one of the five oldest events on the PGA Tour) and the 15th with Waste Management as title sponsor. For more information visit www.wmphoenixopen.com.

This is the third year The Thunderbirds have hosted the Concert in the Coliseum. Last year featured Maroon 5 and Walker Hayes; the first Concert in the Coliseum was headlined by Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion.

In a press release, Concert in the Coliseum Chairman Billy Malkovich said, “Post Malone’s signature blend of high-energy performances and genre-bending lyrics are sure to be a force on the stage at the 16th hole. In each of the first two years, the Concert in the Coliseum has featured absolutely incredible musical acts and we’re thrilled to continue the tradition in 2024.”

Who is performing at the Phoenix Open 2024?

The WM Phoenix Open has announced two headliners so far for the Coors Light Birds Nest 2024 concert series.

The formerly local Dierks Bentley will headline the popular four-night concert series on Thursday, Feb. 8, with special guests Mitchell Tenpenny and Meghan Patrick.

Country stars Hardy and Bailey Zimmerman will headline the opening night on Wednesday, Feb. 7, with an opening set by mike., an up-and-coming hip-hop artist.
