Porsha Williams Reveals Marriage Plans In The Wake Of Her Fiance's Infidelity
The ladies of the popular Bravo series The Real Housewives of Atlanta are known to take their celebrity status to the next level by continuously building their brands. Breakout stars Kenya Moore, Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes have all turned themselves into household names, with no sign of relinquishing their fifteen minutes of fame anytime soon. Another fellow cast mate from RHOA, Porsha Williams, is also capitalizing on her popularity by appearing on the syndicated gossip show Dish Nation as well as other business endeavors.

However, one of Williams' greatest accomplishments was after she became a mother for the first time when she gave birth to her daughter Pilar with businessman fiance Dennis McKinley. Their romance and preparation for their newborn was a highly watched story arc on RHOA with Williams glowing as she finally got to her happily ever after. Many will recall Williams' struggled with fertility during her marriage to former NFL quarterback/wide receiver Kordell Stewart. A marriage, whose trials were a subject during the show, that ended back in 2013.
Williams has always been very vocal about her desire for motherhood and marriage, and though she tried to make things work with Stewart and other men things didn't fall into place until she met McKinley. Their whirlwind romance was documented during RHOA with fans cheering for Porsha's happily ever after. But not too long after their engagement rumors began to surface that McKinley had been unfaithful to Williams, making everyone wonder if their love could survive after McKinley's alleged infidelity.
Apparently Williams is willing to forgive McKinley for his indiscretions and in a recent interview during BravoCon in New York City (via Celebrity Insider) Williams gave an update on where she and McKinley are in their relationship.
“You will hopefully see me get married on television. This journey that I’ve been on, on television, I have committed to it. I’m committed to whatever my truth is and that being told in my way.”
She went on to give more details about what viewers saw during the episode when she found out about the cheating versus where she is in her healing process with McKinley now.
"The beginning of the season was very hard on me. But it was my reality at the time. Neither of us wanted it but what we’re going through. … It’s so embarrassing. … I was just doing a baby special, and I was just putting our relationship out there as this amazing thing. And then you get to this point that this is happening?"
Though she hasn't posted many pics of McKinley to her Instagram it appears the two of them are working through their issues to make their family stronger than ever. And best believe if the wedding is indeed televised it will be a lavish affair watched by millions of viewers.
