This popular 'Bachelor' franchise couple visited Wisconsin just ahead of their long-awaited big day

A beloved "Bachelor" franchise couple took a trip to Wisconsin again. But this time, just ahead of their long-awaited big day.

They boated, made extra toasty marshmallows ... and hung out with camels?

"One of the last trips I’ll call him my fiancé," Hannah Godwin captioned an Instagram post earlier this week of photos with her groom-to-be, Dylan Barbour.

The pair embraced one another, posing on a dock in Green Lake County. They were serving nautical glam, Godwin wearing a white-and-black striped sweater with big gold buttons paired with white shorts, and Barbour sporting a sweater polo and holding a glass of wine.

After Godwin posted about the couple's Green Lake visit last summer, she revealed on Instagram that Barbour's family has had a lake house "out there" for most of his life. And, his mom grew up going there in the summers.

"I've made so many iconic memories there since 2019, I love it!!" Godwin wrote on her Instagram story at that time.

Godwin appeared on Season 23 of "The Bachelor," and Barbour, was on Season 15 of "The Bachelorette." In 2019, the two went on "Bachelor in Paradise," which features former "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" contestants, and ended up getting engaged during the show's season finale. The pair resides in San Diego.

Hannah Godwin's morning routine while in Wisconsin

"Wake up with me in Wisconsin," Godwin said in a video posted to TikTok and Instagram. In the video, she shared her morning routine at the lake.

It started with Barbour bringing her coffee "like a little angel" and kissing her on the forehead. The clip is timestamped with 8 a.m. ... but her beau had something to say about that in the comments.

Godwin then got up to open the blinds and make the bed, which she said she loves doing on the daily.

"It just makes me feel put together, especially with all my suitcases all over the place," she said in the video.

Then, Godwin got ready. She said she was jet-lagged but wanted to look "super awake," so she used HD skin concealer from Make Up For Ever, which she has a partnership with. An influencer's job is never done.

After putting on her OOTD, a tank/shorts bodysuit, Godwin boated into town with Barbour.

"We're literally taking a boat instead of a car," Godwin said in the video. "Cutest thing ever. I want to live in a lake town."

Godwin stopped into Sassafras Specialties, a Green Lake coffee shop, for what she described as "really good," fresh blueberry muffins. Then, they ate at a park and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

"Great morning, if you ask me," she said in the video.

'Turning this Wisconsin backyard into Lake Como': Hannah Godwin's summer fashion inspo

"Turning this Wisconsin backyard into Lake Como for the night with the new @J.Crew La Dolce Vita collection," Godwin captioned another one of her TikToks.

"Every summer, I'm a new character," Godwin said in the video. This summer? Godwin said she's in her "Euro summer character mode."

She showed off two fits from J.Crew, which she also has a partnership with. One of 'em featured a Lake Como, Italy, T-shirt.

"Am I in Lake Como? No," Godwin said in the video. "But I am at the lake in Wisconsin."

That shirt could've said Lake Como, Wisconsin. There's technically one of those here, too.

Camels, burnt marshmallows and BLTs

And now, a plot twist.

Godwin got up close and personal with a camel ... err, more like a camel got up close and personal with Godwin. Cue record scratch noise.

She shared the wild experience in a TikTok.

At what we're guessing is a drive-thru wildlife park, a camel stuck its head (and long neck) through the open backseat window Godwin was sitting by. Godwin shared clips of herself feeding the animal, who apparently tried to eat one of the vehicle's floor mats.

While Godwin didn't tag where she was in the post, multiple TikTok users recognized it as Shamba Safari. If that's the case, it's a drive-thru only wildlife park in Neshkoro.

How do you like your marshmallows? Well done and then some for Godwin.

"If my marshmallows aren’t burnt I don’t want ‘em!!" she captioned photos of herself, Barbour and some mighty crispy-looking marshmallows on Insta.

Speaking of crispy, Godwin posted a TikTok of her eating a "crisp" BLT that looked absolutely bomb. Not sure if it was from a Wisconsin restaurant or not, but if it was: Hannah G., please give us those deets.

More on Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour

Barbour was a contestant during Hannah Brown's Season 15 of "The Bachelorette."

In 2022, Godwin and Barbour decided to pause wedding planning to purchase a new San Diego home together, per People.

Earlier this summer, they had their bachelor and bachelorette parties. Godwin traveled to Las Vegas and Barbour went to Miami, according to The Knot.
