His finger-flipping salute has been talked about more than Spurs’ St James Park win – and now the manager has joined in.

Mauricio Pochettino was asked in his pre-match press conference about his midfielder’s celebration – and if he knew how to do it.

The Argentine didn’t duck the challenge put to him and it wasn’t a bad attempt.

Always on hand to offer advice, Pochettino broke the new celebration down into three simple steps.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy will be happy for the light relief.

He has come under fire from fans for the further delays in the completion of the club’s new stadium.
