Ree Drummond's 5 Kids Reunited for Thanksgiving at Her New House

Ree Drummond had a family-filled Thanksgiving.

On Saturday, the Pioneer Woman star's daughters, Alex, 26, and Paige, 23, shared Instagram posts featuring the fun Turkey Day festivities on the Drummond’s Pawhuska, Okla., ranch.

Along with her daughters, all of the kids were able to make it home for the holiday, including sons Bryce, 21, and Todd, 19, and foster son Jamar Goff, 21, who are all in college.

Alex's post featured a sweet picture of herself, husband Mauricio Scott and their dog George. She also shared a siblings photo with all five kids.

"So much to be thankful for 🥰," she captioned her post.

Paige shared a similar post featuring photos of the family's festivities. Along with a photo of their dinner underneath their new house's sleek and modern black staircase, she shared a picture of Ree's husband Ladd playing poker.

"A weekend I’m really thankful for 🤎," she captioned the post.

Earlier this week, Ree confirmed on her blog that all of her kids would be home for Thanksgiving. And with their new house finally built, the chef revealed she's hosting at their new place.

"Considering we finally finished up our new house, I am hosting Thanksgiving at our actual home for the first time in a few years! Since we lost my father-in-law Chuck right before Thanksgiving last year, we had the meal at his house in 2022, which really felt right," she wrote. "This year, not only are we glad to be having the meal at home, Ladd and I are excited that so much of our family gets to be here."

Having everyone under one roof is a treat, she added. "Between football and other factors, having everyone at home has been hit and miss for awhile," she wrote.

With a full house, Ree said she's making two 20-lb. turkeys and "all our favorite traditional Thanksgiving dishes."

"I can't wait to relax with everyone and enjoy some well-needed family time," she wrote ahead of the celebration.

Last year for Turkey Day, the Food Network star shared that they prepared and ate Thanksgiving dinner at her late father-in-law Chuck Drummond's place.

In her Instagram Story, the chef shared photos of the family members that made it back for the holiday, hugging, laughing and posing for photos.

In one Story, Drummond was stirring gravy. "Made a Top 3 (for me) batch of gravy today," she wrote on top of the photo. In her next story, she was still stirring the gravy but on top of the photo it said, "We cooked at my father-in-law's house for old time's sake."

"I missed him asking how much longer," she added.

This year marks Ree's second Thanksgiving without her father-in-law, whom she confirmed died "peacefully in his sleep" on Nov. 4, 2022, at 79 years old.

This Thanksgiving is also Ree and her husband Ladd's first since becoming empty nesters. In October, she visited Todd, who left home to play football at the University of South Dakota this year.

“In this photo from last Saturday, I am displaying the classic goofy, dreamy, I-get-to-see-my-kid-for-two-whole-hours empty nest sad-but-happy mom smile. Let me know if you get it. (I love you, Todd.❤️)," she wrote in the caption of an Instagram post.

In the photo, Ree was decked out in the university’s colors, red and white, as she hugged her smiling son, who was dressed head to toe in his football gear.

“Let me know if you get it,” she asked her followers in the caption, referring to the mixed emotions in her smile. Followers flooded the comments with their own experiences having an empty nest.
