Pink admits there were a couple moments in her career where she felt like she Missundaztood the assignment.

The superstar, 44, opened up to the Los Angeles Times in a new interview about the singles she’s released that she considers her best, and the ones that aren’t necessarily her favorites anymore.

When the outlet asked what she thinks her worst single is, she ended up citing two tracks: 2012’s “True Love” and a stand-alone song she did for a SpongeBob Squarepants compilation album called “We’ve Got Scurvy.”

At first, the hitmaker answered with The Truth About Love song that features Lily Allen, which was released as a single in 2013 and playfully details the love-hate moments in her marriage. (“You're an assh---, but I love you,” she sings on the track.)

“Worst?” she said. “I mean, there’s been so many. Maybe ‘True Love.’”

The Grammy winner explained that she chose that song “because it’s mean.” She shared of her husband Carey Hart, who’s the subject of the lyrics, “Carey’s got thick skin, but I owe him a love song.”

Shortly after answering, the “TRUSTFALL” artist thought of another, very funny answer. “Oh wait, I did put out that SpongeBob thing, ‘We’ve Got Scurvy,’” she said, referring to the comical song that she contributed to the 2009 SpongeBob's Greatest Hits album that commemorated the 10th anniversary of the series.

Pink joked of the sea shanty, “I wish I never did that. That was a real mistake.”

“We’ve Got Scurvy” appeared on the re-release of the compilation record, which dropped in July 2009, several months after it was first released in February of that year. Aside from Pink, CeeLo Green was another featured artist.

The “Just Give Me a Reason” artist starred in a music video for the song, in which she wore a pirate costume and appeared alongside several other swashbucklers in a fish bowl and on a boat.

As for the singles that the singer-songwriter considers her best, she told the LA Times that “So What” and “Get the Party Started” come to mind.

“‘So What’ was fun from start to finish — writing it, singing it, performing it, the video,” she said.

“It was part of what got Carey and I back together.”

“So What” was among the tracks on Pink’s 2008 record Funhouse. It was released six months after her separation at the time from her motocross racer husband, whom she wed in 2006. The couple — who share daughter Willow, 12, and son Jameson, 6 — ultimately were able to make their marriage work, and have been together ever since they reunited in 2009.

Pink is currently on her massive Summer Carnival Tour, featuring special guests Brandi Carlile, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Grouplove and DJ KidCutUp. The North American leg of the tour began in July and will soon wrap up in October with its remaining dates in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
