Pink's Kids Made Her a Homemade Grammy After She Lost Category: 'My Favorite Kind of Award'

Pink may not have won big at the Grammys on Sunday night, but her kids made sure she got the best prize of all.

After her October 2017 release Beautiful Trauma lost the best pop vocal album prize to Ariana Grande‘s Sweetener, Pink’s children stepped up to give their mom her very own homemade Grammy award — made out of aluminum foil!

“Thanks Kids:) my favorite kind of award,” Pink, 39, captioned two sweet snaps of her children holding up the “trophy” on Instagram.

Pink has two children with her husband Carey Hart: daughter Willow, 7½, and son Jameson, 2.

The pop star added on Twitter that, while she was happy to be nominated, she was staying home from the awards show to be by her son’s side.

“I think it’s kind of rad that I just lost my 20th Grammy nomination,” the singer wrote on Sunday. “I’m always honored to be included. Now to get this sick baby in the bathtub. Congrats to all the nominees! Have fun tonight.”

Pink last won a Grammy in 2010 when she took home the award for best pop collaboration with vocals for her cover of “Imagine” with Seal and India Arie.

The star also won best female rock vocal performance for “Trouble” in 2003, and earned her inaugural Grammy in 2001 for “Lady Marmalade” with Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim and Mya.

Pink’s kids are always the singer’s number one supporters — including when she was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last week.

During a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Pink admitted that last Tuesday’s ceremony was a bit difficult for her in that she “hate(s) compliments,” but her husband Hart and their little girl went above and beyond to make her feel special and more comfortable.

“[Carey] brought in flowers yesterday and Willow wrote me a note that said, ‘Mama, this is a big deal. And I’m glad it’s you and not Justin Beaver,'” said Pink.

“I was like, that is so random — how does she even know … I don’t know,” continued the mother of two. “It was cute. I was like, ‘This must be a big deal.’ “

After confirming Willow did, in fact, say “Beaver” instead of “Bieber,” Ellen DeGeneres joked, “She’s, like, the only little girl who doesn’t know how to pronounce his name.”
