The 2019 Toronto International Film Festival kicked off Sept. 5 and Hollywood’s biggest stars made the trip to Canada to premiere their films.
Some of the most anticipated premieres and screenings included Jennifer Lopez’s “Hustlers,” Meryl Streep in “The Laundromat,” Taika Waititi’s “Jojo Rabbit,” Eddie Murphy in “Dolemite Is My Name,” Rian Johnson’s “Knives Out,” and Adam Sandler’s “Uncut Gems.” Besides premieres, the festival included numerous glitzy after-parties and galas.
