Pharrell and Louis Vuitton have launched a series of pop-up stores celebrating the Spring-Summer 2024 Men’s Collection. Thursday (Jan. 4) saw the high-fashion brand rollout over 50 LV storefronts worldwide. Activations appeared in Seoul, Paris, Miami, Los Angeles, New York City, London, and more.

Each store features unique pieces central to the collection’s initial vision—the convergence of fashion and pop culture. Along with the Speedy Bag, the SS24 collection includes the leather Horizon luggage, Soft Trunks, Trail Backpacks, and Keepalls. The items include diverse styles, including the Damoflage aesthetic, which has become synonymous with P’s reign with Louis Vuitton.

The fashion house also offers an array of footwear in their SS24 collection. The activations feature LV trainers, the Palace Slipper, and the Footprint Low Boot. Pharrell’s love for accessories is emphasized with fresh takes on LV’s belts, jewelry, sunglasses, and hats. Statement pieces such as the Speedy 40 Black Tie are also available.

Fans of LV’s new era can expect more items in a subsequent drop. Across the two releases, Pharrell’s complete vision from his debut show will be available for purchase.

A press release speaks to LV’s intentions with the pop-up and how it continues Pharrell’s vision as the new Creative Director. The statement also details the importance of including “ready-to-wear” pieces in their collection.

“Ready-to-wear pieces reflect the designer’s myriad of references from sports to suiting,” the Louis Vuitton statement reads. “Williams was also inspired by the Los Angeles-based artist and painter Henry Taylor, with whom he collaborated on several pieces in the collection that boast miniaturized versions of the artist’s portraits replicated in embroidery.”

“The installations serve as evolutions of the Men’s Creative Director’s first show for the Maison—presented on Pont Neuf in June 2023—inviting clients to experience the multi-sensorial universe inspired by the collection.”
