Pet of the Week: Corbert is ready for a new family to lounge around with

Corbert would enjoy spending time with a new family.
Corbert would enjoy spending time with a new family.

Corbert was surrendered to the South Bend Animal Resource Center in 2017 because his family was moving and unable to take him to their new home. It didn’t take long before he was adopted, and we were so happy for him. But life took an unexpected turn for Corbert and he was found as a stray in Grovertown, Ind. this March. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information other than the adopter had given Corbert away in 2020.

Corbert is about seven years old, he walks great on a leash, knows “sit” and enjoys spending time with our volunteers…he is one their favorites. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Corbert is getting lots of love from us but he would really prefer his own family to love and a couch to lounge on.
