“We are excited to welcome the most electrifying and diverse lineup of artists to the stage for this year’s Latin American Music Awards,” said TelevisaUnivision exec Ignacio Meyer in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Univision has long been the home to the biggest moments in music and we’re proud to showcase the dynamic artists who are breaking ground in the music industry.”

Mexican pop legend Thalía will share hosting duties with Carlos Ponce and Alejandra Espinoza at the ceremony later this month set for the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The nominees for this year’s awards show were revealed last month, with Peso and Feid leading the list with 12 nods each. Bad Bunny and Grupo Frontera tied for 11 nods, Karol G and Shakira have nine, while Eslabón Armado and Fuerza Régida scored eight nominations each.

Along with performing and tying for the most-nominated star of the night, Peso will also compete for the coveted Artist of the Year award against Carin León, Eslabón Armado, Feid, Fuerza Régida, Karol G, Rauw Alejandro, Romeo Santos, and Shakira.

Of the scheduled performers, Ballesteros, Peso, and Yng Lvcas are all nominated for the New Artist of the Year Award, which also sees the likes of Xavi and Young Miko.

Peso recently graced the cover of Rolling Stone‘s Future of Music issue, where he shared that he’s been working on a new album even while traveling and performing across the globe. “Wherever I keep going, I keep advancing it little by little,” he said at the time.

the Latin AMAs are set to air live at 7 p.m. ET on April 25 on Univision, Unimás, Galavision, and Vix.
