Perfume Genius Covers Leonard Cohen’s “Bird on the Wire”: Listen
Perfume Genius was recently on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic. Mike Hadreas—along with musicians including his partner and collaborator Alan Wyffels and Hand Habits’ Meg Duffy—performed two tracks from Set My Heart on Fire Immediately (“On the Floor” and “Jason”) and a cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Bird on the Wire.” Listen to the performance below. Later this month, Perfume Genius will perform a virtual live concert. The show takes place on Sunday, September 20 at the Palace Theater in Downtown Los Angeles.
