People Are Confusing Keegan-Michael Key for Jordan Peele — C’mon, People

Actor and writer Keegan-Michael Key stopped by CBS This Morning to talk about his new show, Friends From College, and he touched on the fact that a lot of Key & Peele fans can’t tell who is Key and who is Peele, especially when it comes to knowing which one of them wrote and directed the 2017 hit horror movie Get Out.

“I just want everybody to know that, uh, so Peele directed Get Out,” Key said. “I promise I will not take the credit.” He added that people frequently tell him that they love his work, and the movie was great. “It wasn’t me, but I’ll take the thanks.”
