Pearl Jam to Discontinue Ten Club Single Series in 2019

The annual fan club subscription service will end on January 1

Pearl Jam’s decades-running singles subscription series Ten Club Single will end on January 1, 2019, according to an announcement on the band’s website. The subscription series was a branch of the band’s Ten Club, and provided members with exclusive B-Sides, covers, and other rarities in digital and analog formats.

Yesterday (December 27), the band posted a statement on their website saying:

“Beginning January 1, 2019 the Ten Club Single will be discontinued. We hope that you have enjoyed these special collectibles over the past 25+ years... Pearl Jam and all of us at Ten Club appreciate the loyalty and dedication from our members. It has been amazing to watch the fan club evolve over the years into the tight-knit community it is today, and we’re excited to see what the future holds.”

The group also assured Ten Club Single subscribers that those who had purchased or renewed their membership in 2017 and/or 2018 will still receive the Ten Club Single for those years.

The Ten Club grew out of the Mother Love Bone Affair—a fan organization created by Pearl Jam in 1990 as a way for the group to build a symbiotic community with their fans.
