PAXTON, Ill. (WCIA) — Last week, Paxton Main Street announced the upcoming debut of their “First Friday” Summer Concert Series. Now, they’ve announced their first band.

The Everingham-Pittman Band specializes in playing fun and familiar songs that transport listeners back to the ’70s and ’80s. They will play from 7-9 p.m. on the front lawn of Veterans Square.

If bad weather approaches, the concert will move inside. Until then, concert-goers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.
