A popular reality TV show is making its way to Phoenix and Mesa and you could get paid to be an extra.

In “Pawn Stars Do America,” Rick Harrison, Corey Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell are on the road across America in search of historical finds and unique collectibles.

The eight-part series has two-hour episodes following the trio from the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas as they meet fans in eight cities and come away with some exceptional finds.

“Pawn Stars Do America" is a spinoff of the popular “Pawn Stars” show that has run since 2009 on The History Channel, its Season 21 ending in June. The new show's first season ended in December 2022 and Season 2 premieres on Oct. 25.

"Pawn Stars Do America" will film in Mesa from Nov. 7-9 and downtown Phoenix from Nov. 14-16. Here’s how you can get paid to be an extra.

“Pawn Stars Do America” has opportunities for paid and unpaid extras. You must be 18 or older to participate.

People selected to be paid extras need to block off about eight hours starting at 9 a.m. on filming day. You can apply through this link: www.OSLAproductions.com.

How much can you get paid to be an extra for ‘Pawn Stars Do America’?

You can get paid about $150 for eight hours of taping. This includes a meal. You also must bring an item with you to show off and potentially sell.
