Paulina Gretzky and Dustin Johnson are giving fans an inside look at their daily lives during a busy PGA Tour schedule.

Johnson, 39, is among a handful of professional golfers featured in the second season of Netflix's Full Swing, and PEOPLE can share an exclusive clip of the golf star and his wife in the docuseries, from an episode focused on the 2023 U.S. Open, held in Los Angeles.

Gretzky, 35, says, "The U.S. Open being in [Los Angeles] made it a lot more special," as the clip opens with the couple arriving at a party ahead of the tournament.

The daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky explains to viewers that she's "born and raised" in Los Angeles. "L.A. has my heart," she says in a confessional-style interview on the show.

Beyond spending time in her hometown while Johnson competes, Gretzky says, "I love traveling with Dustin. I love being there with him. We have fun, we love being with each other. I'm the girl saying my husband loves to hang out with me, okay, but that's how I feel."

Johnson sits down to tell viewers he's "feeling really good" ahead of the second round. "I enjoy the challenge of the U.S. Open," in the exclusive clip from Full Swing. "It's the hardest major; one of my favorite tournaments. I know it's going to be tough. You're going to have to grind if you want a chance to hold that trophy on Sunday," Johnson adds.

Gretzky previously raved about Johnson to PEOPLE after their first son's birth in 2015, saying, "Dustin's the best dad. He's my best friend. He's been so supportive with me, and we're just there for each other."

The couple has shown love to each other over the years, including copious amounts of PDA at golf tournaments and tender moments with their two sons. Although Johnson is a former World No. 1 champion with 24 PGA Tour wins, he admitted his one true love shifted since he met Gretzky.

"For me, golf was always the most important thing. And now, it's Paulina and the kids," he told Golfweek. "And they'll always be the most important. Obviously, I love the game of golf, competing and playing. But they're the most important thing."
