Pauley Perrette says she won't return to 'NCIS' because she's 'terrified' of Mark Harmon

Pauley Perrette says she will never return to "NCIS" – and she says that's because of her former co-star Mark Harmon.

The actress, 50, took to Twitter Friday to say she is "terrified" of Harmon, 67, who has a leading role in the criminal investigation series.

"NO I AM NOT COMING BACK! EVER! (Please stop asking?) I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it," she said. "I have a new show that is SAFE AND HAPPY! You’ll love it! #HappyPlace Love y’all!"

Perrette, who playedforensic specialist Abby Sciuto, departed the series in 2018 after 15 seasons on the show.

In a follow-up tweet, she further shared photos of an alleged crew member's eye beaten up and in stitches.

"You think I didn’t expect blow back? You got me wrong. THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew!" she added. "And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!?and I lost my job."

In May 2018, Perrette took to Twitter to mentionthat her departure was due to "multiple physical assaults."

CBS Television Studios responded to Perrette's allegations in a statement at the time, saying the studio worked with her to rectify an unspecified set "concern" she brought the previous year.

"Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her," the statement read. "Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows."
